1. Identification
1.1. AHLMO Tours located at Rua Manuel Barbosa Brito, No. 75, 3rd Left, Vila Verde. - Portugal, tax file No. 255931654, hereinafter referred to as AHLMO Tours, is responsible for the contents on this website. For the realization of the services, AHLMO Tours may use the services of partner companies duly qualified to do so and hereinafter designated as suppliers.
1.2. AHLMO Tours, has with the Tourism Portugal/ RNAAT a Tourist Animation Agent license, nº 774/2015 and is insured in accordance with the European legislation and Tourism of Portugal, by the insurance company AXA, with Policy No. 0084.10.153535 (Civil Liability) and Policy No. 0023.10.019019 (Accident. collective persons) with responsibilities arising from the risks of its activity and according to the uniform policy approved by ISP - Norm # 4/99-R (Regulation No. 12/99 - DR No. 113 of May 15).

2. Effects
2.1. The information contained on this website is binding to AHLMO Tours and its suppliers, unless the changes in the referred reservations have been pre agreed to with the contractor before the start of the contracted services;
2.2. The Technical and Logistics organization of the website is done by the employees of AHLMO Tours at its headquarters.

3. Prices
3.1. The prices mentioned on the website are shown separately for each service and can be per person or per group of persons unless there is prior agreement between the parties for a single total price per service package.
3.1.1. Children under 6 years of age are exempt from payment, up to a maximum of 2 children per 2 adults. A 3rd child or more will have a cost of, half the value of an adult.
Children from 7 years of age onwards are considered as an adult.
3.1.2. Ahlmo Tours provides seats for children up to 13 years of age.

3.2. The services provided by AHLMO Tours on the website can be summed up as Theme Tours. The price shown on the website is per individual or per group of people and includes transportation in 2 - 8 seated, respecting the itinerary as detailed in each service. The price includes the pick-up service at the established accommodation in Braga or at the Bus Station in Braga, entry into exhibitions, museums, tolls, parking, fees and taxes.
3.2.2. If the number of people is greater than 8, contact by email needs to be made to: reservas@ahlmotours.com for a clearer understanding of the tour.

3.3. Discounts: the following discount policy prices for advance group bookings will be applied:
3.3.1. 10% discount for groups (minimum of 5 adults) with advance reservations of 8 days. 50% payment of the booking must be made within 8 days prior to the tour, via electronic payment (ATM or credit card), with the remaining 50% being paid to the guide at the beginning of the tour.

3.4. Meals are not included in the value of the Tour.

4. Reservations
4.1. Reservations must be made:
a. On the AHLMO Tours website (www.ahlmotours.com).
b. Up to 48 hours before the start of the tour date
c. For group tours (minimum of 5 adults) up to 8 days before the tour´s start date. If the Tour intended has already exceeded the deadline, an email should be sent to: reservas@ahlmotours.com to verify the possibility of a reservation.
d. The minimum number of people to book the tour is two.

4.2. Contractors must provide AHLMO Tours the following:
a. Full name of the Tour leader;
b. Tour name or experience;
c. Dates;
d. Pick-up and arrival of the desired service (hotel, other accommodation or Braga Bus Station);
e. Telephone contact or best way to be contacted;
f. Any and all information requested by AHLMO Tours necessary for the successful completion of the requested service.

4.3. The wrong information given to AHLMO Tours, by the contractor, may result in the total loss of the amount paid, namely and including amounts paid as a sign, and should not therefore, AHLMO Tours owe any compensatory payment or compensation to the contractor.

4.4. Any modification of a reservation already confirmed (eg:. selected Tour, number of passengers and dates) may cause a change in the initial price, which will be fully borne by the contractor. If the contractor does not pay the amount resulting from the requested changes, AHLMO Tours reserves the right not to provide the additional service.

5. Payments
5.1. When making the reservation of a tour, it will become effective after the payment of 50% of the total price of the reservation, via electronic payment (ATM or credit card). The remaining 50% must be paid to the guide at the beginning of the tour.
5.2. Payment options
5.2.1. Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard)
5.2.2. ATM (a reference will be generated, which can be paid at any ATM)

6. Cancellations and Refunds
6.1. Refunds, contract modifications and contractor's withdrawal. For services reserved online, via webiste www.ahlmotours.com, the contractor may at any time cancel the requested and / or contracted services, being reimbursed according to the following conditions:
6.1.1. Normal tours: full refund only valid in the 24 hours of the booking date. Online reimbursement fees will be amortized from the reservation value that is to be refunded.
6.1.2. Group tours (5 or more adults): Full refund only valid in 48 hours after the booking date. Group Tours must be reserved 8 days before, and after paying 50% of the total price of the selected tour and having exceeded 48 hours of booking, the same value will no longer be refundable.

7. Obligations
7.1. Where AHLMO Tours is unable to fully or partially undergo the contracted services, due to external and unrelated factors, it will endeavour with maximum effort to provide the services, not being held Responsible for natural disasters, road blocks, traffic accidents, general strikes and other Reasons not attributable to the operator.
7.1.1. Where and when it may be unable to undergo the tour due to extraneous reasons, there may always be the possibility changing the date upon the availability of AHLMO Tours, when a date change is not possible, Ahlmo Tours will make a total refund of the amounts paid by the contractor.

7.1.2. Ahlmo tours offers fully qualified tour guides to welcome you in three languages (Portuguese, Spanish and English) with extensive knowledge of the places where the tours take place, prepared by AHLMO Tours to provide an enjoyable day, warm and above all a memorable experience. 7.2. The contractor should communicate and/or claim any possible failure that arises during the contracted service within 30 days. If you would like to register the complaint in the complaint book should contact AHLMO Tours headquarters .

8. Personal belongings and baggage
8.1 All luggage will be transported at the expense and risk of the contractor without AHLMO Tours and / or its suppliers being required to account for the loss, theft, loss or damage that they may suffer during the journey, for any reason whatsoever. It is advisable that contractors be present in all loading, handling and unloading of luggage.

9. Questions and clarifications
Ahlmotours.com is a fully online booking service and therefore does not offer the same services via telephone. However, we provide client service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via email at reservas@ahlmotours.com to answer questions about reservations. Our goal is to answer all questions received within 12-24 hours. Sometimes, the answer may take up to 48 hours. However, if you do not receive a contact from Ahlmo Tours within 48 hours, please resubmit the request. Please note that all communication with Ahlmotours.com is done in Portuguese, English or Spanish after purchase. We offer translation if requested. However, communication can take longer than that referred to in the indicated languages.
